1-Renal parenchymal disease:

Clinical clues features - Abnormal urinalysis (proteinuria, red blood cell casts)- Elevated serum creatinine 

2-Renovascular disease:

Clinical clues features - Severe hypertension with onset afler age 55-Recurrent flash pulmonary edema- Rise in serum creatinine-- Abdominal bruit

3-Primary aldosteronism:

Clinical clues features Spontaneous or easily provoked hypokalemia

4-Pheochrornocytoma:

Clinical clues features  -Paroxysmal hypertension with tachycardia- Pounding headaches, palpitations,

5-Cushing syndrome:

Clinical clues features   Cushingoid body habitus  +Proximal muscle weakness+Hyperglycemia

6-Hypothyroidism

Clinical clues features Fatigue, dry skin, cold intolerance+Constipation, weight gain, bradycardia

7-Primary hyperparalhyroidism

8-Coarctation of the aorta
